What is Granite Centre?

Granite Centre is a commercial development partnership between The Gray Group, rcs construction and Elmwood Group. Located in Moncton off the Trans-Canada Highway, and adjacent to its shadow tenant Costco, it offers easy access, plenty of parking, shopping and dining options. This development has already begun attracting some great brands with Jiffy Lube, The Bone & Biscuit Co., Starbuck’s, Elmwood Design Centre and McDonald’s open on site. Costco Wholesale & Gas Bar is also open immediately adjacent to Granite Centre. Granite Centre will span nine plazas totaling over 142,000 square feet, making it a flexible option for future tenants.
